Why ranges instead of fixed prices?
Every workflow is different. Ranges show you honestly what similar work usually costs. Your fixed price is written into the blueprint before any work begins — no surprises.
How do payments work for custom work?
We work with a signed agreement and an upfront or milestone payment before delivery begins. Scope changes go through a simple written change request.
What is founding pricing?
Limited, time-bound entry pricing for validated early customers and local organisations with limited budgets, in exchange for feedback. Spots are limited and terms are stated clearly in writing.
Are there ongoing costs?
Some systems use third-party services (AI model APIs, automation platforms, hosting) with their own fees. We list these in the blueprint so you know your full running cost upfront.
