Is YukiOshi an agency?

No. YukiOshi is an AI product company. We build and own products like YukiOshi Flow, templates and team systems. We also take on a small number of selected custom projects when they create real value for the client and fit our product focus.

Will AI send messages to my customers without my approval?

Not by default. Our systems draft and suggest; people approve anything high-impact. You can pause, edit or turn off any automation at any time, and important automated actions are logged.

Do you use my data to train AI models?

No — not without clear, informed, written permission. We collect only the data needed to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

How do projects start?

With a short conversation, then a Smart Diagram & Blueprint: a written plan covering the problem, current workflow, proposed system, data, risks, success metrics, scope and timeline. You approve the blueprint before any build begins.

Do you work with teams in other countries?

Yes. We work remotely with teams worldwide. All projects are run with written scopes, shared documentation and regular check-ins, so time zones stay manageable.

What does a founding pilot include?

A time-limited, tightly scoped engagement at founding pricing for early customers. In exchange we ask for honest feedback and, if you are happy, permission to share an anonymised outcome summary.
