Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

We build technology to help people work more clearly and responsibly. This policy describes uses we do not allow. It applies to the Site, our products, templates, and systems we build for clients.

2. Prohibited uses

• Fraud, scams, deception, impersonation or phishing.
• Harassment, hate, threats or discrimination.
• Unlawful surveillance or collecting personal data without a lawful basis.
• Unauthorised access to systems, accounts or data, or attempts to bypass security.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Distributing malware or harmful code.
• Making high-impact decisions about people (such as credit, employment, housing or health) without meaningful human oversight and applicable safeguards.
• Presenting AI output as professional legal, medical or financial advice without appropriate qualifications and disclosures.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Any use that violates applicable law.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access, remove content, or cooperate with authorities where legally required.
