Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital products

Because digital products (templates, kits, prompt packs, magazine editions) are delivered instantly, they are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a product is materially different from its description or does not work as documented, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it, replace it or refund it.

2. Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, partial periods are not refunded.

3. Services and custom projects

Custom work is governed by its written agreement or statement of work. Generally, upfront and milestone payments cover work already scheduled or delivered and are non-refundable once that work has started. If we cancel an engagement before delivering the paid work, we refund payments for undelivered work.

4. Founding pilots

Founding pilot terms, including any satisfaction guarantee, are stated in the pilot agreement.

5. How to request

Email hello@yukioshi.com with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
