1. Who we are

These Terms govern your use of yukioshi.com (the “Site”) and any products, tools or services provided by YukiOshi (“YukiOshi”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or our services you agree to these Terms. If you are using them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Our services

YukiOshi provides AI-powered software products, automation systems, digital products, free tools, educational content and selected custom solutions. Specific paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work or product-specific terms, which take priority over these Terms where they conflict.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase services. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the Site or our services.

5. AI-generated output

Our products may generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or sending it. Our products do not provide legal, medical, financial, security or other professional advice.

6. Fees and payment

Prices, payment terms and taxes for paid products and services are stated at the point of purchase or in your agreement. Unless stated otherwise, custom work requires an upfront or milestone payment before work begins. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, our brand, products, templates, software and content are owned by YukiOshi or its licensors. Purchased digital products are licensed, not sold, for use under the licence terms provided with them. Ownership of deliverables in custom engagements is defined in the applicable agreement. We retain the right to reuse general know-how, non-confidential methods, tools and pre-existing components.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to provide the services to you. We do not use your data to train AI models without your clear, informed permission.

9. Free tools and resources

Free tools, templates, calculators and articles are provided for general information and education, “as is”, without warranty. Estimates produced by our tools are illustrative and are not guarantees of results.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, rankings or uninterrupted availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, YukiOshi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which YukiOshi is registered, unless a written agreement with you states otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting each other.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
