Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (e.g. newsletter, analytics), steps taken at your request before entering a contract (e.g. project inquiries), our legitimate interests in running a secure and useful website, and legal obligations.
5. Sharing
We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate — such as our web hosting and email providers — under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection terms, or when required by law. For client projects involving customer data, we use a written data processing agreement.

Our team and our service providers may process data in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

8. Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, least-privilege permissions and other reasonable measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. Email privacy@yukioshi.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority.
